Tips on Using this Site
Here are some pointers to make ordering from PetExtras.com
a breeze.
1. Browse around and note the items you'd like to order (we'll use 2 for example).
2. OK, you'd like 100 Small Pig Ears and a Plush Football Dog Toy.
3. From the Small Pig Ear description page, click "Add to Cart"
4. Up comes a page to enter the quantity you'd like. Enter "100" in the box.
4b. You have the option of storing your address and order information by "registering".
5. The click the button to "Update Quantity" and the discounted price will appear.
6. Now click on the "keep shopping" button at the bottom of the page.
7. You'll return to the Small Pig Ears. Click on PetExtras.com (upper left) to get to the index.
8. Click on "Dog Toys" to get to the Plush Football Dog Toy.
9. Click on "Add to Cart" and leave the quantity at "1" unless you want more :)
10. Now select "Check Out".
11. You'll see an area to enter your name and address information for shipping your order.
12. Please fill in carefully and completely.
13. Select your shipping preference (normally UPS Ground) and "continue with order".
14. Enter your billing information only if different from shipping.
15. Be sure to include an ACCURATE email address so we can confirm your order.
16. Enter the desired payment method and information.
17. Click on the "Submit Order" button to send it to us.
18. You will almost immediately receive an auto response and within a short time a personal confirmation.
19. Your order will ship within 24 business hours.
20. It gets much easier after the first time :) Come back soon!
